UVIG is run entirely by students, across research, external relations, and club operations.
UVIG's Board of Directors provides governance, mentorship, and continuity for the club, drawing on the experience of alumni and industry professionals to guide long-term strategy.
The External team runs UVIG's public-facing programming: speaker events, partnerships, marketing, and club relations, connecting members directly with industry professionals.
The Internal team leads UVIG's research function: publishing sector reports, training analysts, and maintaining the club's equity research pipeline.
UVIG's members are the club itself: a broad, active community across every year and faculty.
Beyond the executive team, UVIG is 130+ members strong across every year and faculty: analysts contributing to equity reports, delegates preparing for case competitions, and students who come out for the speaker series and socials.
There's no prerequisite finance background to join. Members choose their level of involvement, from attending events to publishing research.
